Samantha Lee, founder of Flour Fancies Inc., discovered her talent in cakes design while looking for a different career option. Formerly an IT consultant, Samantha felt she needed to find a creative outlet. It was when she discovered Bonnie Gordon School of Cake Design, Toronto’s top cake school, that she realized she found her true calling - creating edible art.
Samantha’s creations are the result of her love of art, fashion and architecture. Her edible creations are truly works of art, with a fresh individual twist. Her work have been praised by Toronto’s top cake designer, Bonnie Gordon, for its original and meticulous style, and The Wedding Bells Magazine has published her special designer cookies in their Fall/Winter 2008 Issue. Samantha has also won the thrid prize in the CSSA Wedding Cake Competition in 2007 for her unique wedding-dress style wedding cake.
